The phone I received was not the phone I ordered, so I had to pay S & H to send it back. Although the company was gracious about it, it still cost me for their mistake
I had a phone like this for three years, washed it, and it was then no good. I called AT&T and they said because it is not an "AT&T manufactured phone", it won't work correctly. The book that came with the phone is all in Spanish. I really loved this phone. So now this phones is useless to me and I have to go to AT&T and spend more money to get a phone that works with their service. My cell phone service provider, AT&T, no longer sold this phone so I decided to search Amazon and bought the phone there. My fault. When I get a voice mail it comes through like a text, the camera doesn't work, I can't set up my voice mail message, and when I check my voice message, I then get a blank text.
BIG MISTAKE. The phone doesn't work with my AT&T service. I don't see the point in purchasing a phone on the internet without going through the phone service provider. Besides all that, I have always like the phone itself.
I love this phone. It's really compact yet seems to be sturdier than any other phone I have had. I drop my phones ALL the time and this is the only phone that has held up to my abuse.The camera sucks but I don't take pics with it anyway.
This Pantech phone is the greatest. My phone is with me 24/7. This is my 3rd one. I wore out two. Its so small its easy to carry and it tough enough to take hard use. Guys, if you carry a phone in your pocket this sould be the one.
If you're like me and don't need a cell phone that has all the crazy bells and whistles, but you still want to look trendy this is the perfect phone. It's unique and modern looking, completely different from all the other phones out there.The biggest pros about the phone is that it's cute, but it also gets good service, has a decent camera, and is very durable (i've dropped it thousands of times)the cons is that texting can be a little tricky with the small buttons, but that's the only real problem I've come across.If you aren't turned off by this style this really is the perfect phone, it does everything it's supposed to - and more than you'd expect.
